This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, phlo.ai.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — such as your name, work email, phone number, company and role when you request a security review or contact us.
- Message content — anything you tell us about your business or security needs.
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages viewed and referring source, collected to improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your security review.
- To provide, and where relevant propose, our security services to you.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email and analytics), and with our security delivery partners where necessary to provide a service you've requested, all under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client data for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email security@phlo.io. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
