Certifications
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications are issued by independent accredited certification bodies. References on this site to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 describe (a) Phlo Systems' own certification programme, which is in progress, and (b) the readiness and support services we provide to clients. Phlo Secure prepares and supports organisations for certification; it does not itself grant certification, and we do not guarantee any particular certification outcome, which depends on the independent auditor and on client cooperation.
Services
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these website terms in the event of any conflict. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to provide services.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Phlo Systems Limited and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it without our permission.
Liability
